What a great place to stay! Everything was just amazing from arrival to departure: staff was extremely friendly, from the concierge to the reception to the cleaning staff and restaurant (breakfast) and bar staff, couldn’t fault any of it. An hour before planned check out I enquired for a late check out due to a late evening flight and we were able to stay an additional hour which was really appreciated after the amazing breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely and the location is stunning, right by the Alster and close to lots of Hamburg attractions. Thanks to everyone at the Atlantic for making our stay exceptional. We’ll be back again!

Our stay at the Atlantic was an unexpected pleasure! The location was great, the staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible, and the breakfast was superb! The view from the breakfast area was lovely and was a beautiful way to start each day. Our room was spacious, and we had a fabulous view out over the lake. We could walk along the lake as well, since the path was directly across the street. We walked everywhere, since we had no car, and the location was perfect. The staff, both at the front desk and at breakfast were helpful and personable. Thank you!

The location is beautiful, you can just walk in any direction and enjoy the city. The staff were wonderful. We had valet parking, and they were also super helpful with our luggage, and later when we realized we had forgotten something in the car it was no problem for them to help us retrieve it. The bar staff in the lobby lounge bar were great, and so were the drinks. We ate at Atlantic Grill & Health. Lovely meal, and super service. The room was fantastic, and the bed, the pillows, the duvet covers, it was amazingly comfortable 😊

We stayed for 2 nights (Fri-Sun). Our room faced the courtyard, but a great view. The room met all my expectations even more, many small details you would tell a friend about. It really sets itself above and beyond many classy hotels. We enjoyed spending time in the bar in the lobby, there were extra touches to appreciated. Unfortunately the sauna did not work when we visited. Breakfast was fantastic. I would rate the hotel as expensive, however it delivered and was worth it. I would come back again
